Golf Properties in Crete have negotiated contracts on properties with a tour operator to provide a return during the months of April to October of €30,000, and during the winter period of €20,000. We also offer a full management contract operated by our in-house company. The fee for this extensive service is 5% of the rental income plus costs for villa staff and materials. |
